North Park Plaza is a 105 unit senior designated building for adults age 62 or better.   The building offers: ·    One Bedroom units ·    Handicapped units ·    Emergency call system ·    Garden spaces ·    On bus line ·    Shopping within walking distance ·    Social and wellness programs ·    Pets with approval ·    On site manager and Resident Services Coordinator ·    Congregate dining The Assisted Living Program provided at North Park Plaza includes: ·    Customized care plan ·    Staff on site 24 hours/day ·    Nurse on call 24 hours/day ·    Medication set up and reminders ·    Assistance with activities of daily living ·    Light housekeeping ·    Personal laundry ·    Meal preparation ·    Specialized diets ·    Escort to meals and building activities ·    Transportation arrangement for medical appointments The program does not provide personal transfer assistance or incontinence management.
